I'm Nicola
I've worked in the pet industry for 20 years, including almost 15 years running my own grooming business.
So I know what it's like to spend your days looking after clients and their pets, then realise there's a whole other business waiting for you when you get home.
These days, alongside teaching Hoopers, I also work as a virtual assistant supporting other pet businesses with their admin.
That means I've seen the behind-the-scenes side of pet businesses from both sides, running my own and helping other pet business owners with theirs.
